Which of your products are fully customizable?
All of products are customizable to suit any unit from all military arms.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
Customers can make changes to their digital drafts as many times as they want. But once the digital draft is confirmed and production has started, no changes can be made to artwork.
Can I cancel my order?
Once production has started, no cancellations will be allowed.
Can I do an express order?
Our products usually take 2 to 4 weeks to produce. We are able to make special arrangements if time and schedule permits.
What delivery options do you offer and how much does it cost?
We offer store pick-up and island wide delivery. There will be extra charges for delivery. Charges varies according to size of product and location of address.
When will my order ship out?
Upon completion of order, it will take 2 to 3 working days for item to be received.
Can I choose the delivery time and day?
Unfortunately, We are unable to accommodate to such requests as we employ third party courier to do our deliveries.
Can I do a self-pickup?
